Allison Grace

About Me

My approach is extremely collaborative, with unconditional positive regard. If you are looking for a non judgmental, supportive therapist who is willing to think outside the box to help you when you have lost your way, then please let me help you find your path. The most challenging times in our lives are also the moments that contain the highest potential for growth. Our work together would involve challenging patterns that no longer serve you and replacing them with ones that catapult you towards your healthiest self. Sometimes we feel like we have no choices and life is happening to us. However, by remembering that we can choose how we respond to the events in our lives we can be empowered to grow, thereby gaining wisdom and strength. I feel that my prime directive is to get to know you as well as possible, so that I can offer the best questions for you to consider or clinically proven tools to try. You are the expert on you. I am a consultant. If at anytime, I offer a suggestion that does not feel right for you, please feel free to let me know so that together we can think outside the box and find a workable solution.
Although I am a generalist, my 26 years of experience, has afforded me some specialty in ADHD, Mood disorders, and parenting. I have experience working with people from 3 to 100 years old. You may learn more about me and my practice at

I recently went through an inpatient treatment program and felt so very supported by Alli during this entire process leading up to and now coming back from this experience. She is a thoroughly skilled therapist who cares deeply about her patients.

Allison is extremely kind and attentive to my personal needs. She is a great listener. I especially appreciate that she offers different perspectives that I may not think about. She has been very helpful already even in the short time that I have been her client.
