About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in South Carolina with 4 years of professional work experience. I obtained my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology, concentrations in clinical and organizational psychology from Florida Institute of Technology. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I have experience in working with adolescents/teens and adults, Military, Veterans, First Responders, civilian (no military affiliation) couples and individuals. I also have experience, knowledge, education and training in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, bipolar disorder & depression. I have received extensive continuing education on military culture and trauma. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
