Allison is very present in our sessions; attentive to what I wish to work through, and gives me challenging assignments that help me work through the things that trouble me. I like that it feels like I’m doing the work and she is simply guiding me.

Allison is great! There is something very validating in the way she speaks to me and guides me through the session! I have had two sessions so far and the only thing I regret is not starting sooner. Highly recommend!
