Ali is a great listener. She is very good at sitting with a lot of complex emotions and thoughts, gently bringing in perspective while respecting my lived experience. As a neurodivergent person I have had difficulty finding a therapist who believes, accepts, and is understanding of my unique ways of thinking/feeling; I feel like I can be really honest with Ali and trust her to accept me as I am, and I can trust her to offer tools and insight is collaborative, and doesn't just feel like a band aid. She is great and I highly recommend her as a therapist.

Allison has assisted me so much in the last 6 months, she has helped me grow in ways I didn’t even think were possible for me. She has helped me become a strong and efficient communicator. She has helped me realize my feelings are valid and also 100% okay to feel. I can’t even begin to speak on how wonderful she is. I appreciate her so much. Can’t wait to continue discovering new parts of myslef and growing into this beautiful confident human I am becoming.

I worked with Ali for about a year and she was so helpful in managing my anxiety & depression. She is very insightful, compassionate, and eager to dig into the root issues of your situation. She's provided me with tools I still use to navigate those big feelings, and now after having finished our sessions together, I feel confident in my ability to interact with the world without falling apart if something bad happens. If/when the time arises for me to seek counseling again, Allison will be my first call. I can't recommend her enough! Thank you so much, Ali!
