Dr. Westphal is a very caring and intelligent counselor. She asks thought provoking questions and her responses show an abundance of perspective and experience. She creates a comfortable environment to share vulnerabilities with ease, while also challenging me to be introspective and mindful. She offers simple yet effective techniques to address my issues. I will continue to seek her counsel.
