About me

I seek to create an empathic, supportive therapeutic environment in which you can feel comfortable opening up about any symptom or issue. Together, we will deepen your understanding of yourself, current or past difficulties to help achieve symptom relief and enjoy a more fulfilling and engaged life. My primary focus is working with adults and have a special place in my heart for working with individuals who identify in the queer community. I also specialize in veterans' issues and am an Air Force veteran myself. I continue to aim to keep on top of the latest treatment methods and modalities and plan to spend a lot of time in 2023 focusing on trainings dealing with healing trauma and victims of abuse. I have been working in the mental health field since 2007 and became a licensed therapist in 2013.

Feel empowered now. It's hard to know when to look for help. Whether it's the loss of a loved one, relationship difficulties, or persistent feelings of sadness and anxiety... it can sometimes feel like too much. As a therapist, I've worked collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families for over a decade to explore current problems and develop solutions.

She is a very reliable person. I've had a lot of therapists, but she is the only one who has made me feel heard. If you are a queer person, or someone who has dealt with shit, Ally is the person you should see

I am glad that I was paired with Ally. She is kind, understandable person and I hope for long, good therapy with her. Because just after 2 or 3 sessions I can see changes in my day to day life.
