My Aimee is the first counselor I was paired with on this site- I'd heard that it may take a couple to find someone who was right for you- but she was immediately right for me. She heard my frustration and asked what I needed from her- whether I needed to vent or suggestions on how to handle and process things. I wanted the later. She has been incredible pointing me to resources - different mediums to do skills training. I am able to do outside work and come to her with my try- and she is so supportive and validating on this journey. I feel very lucky to have her.
