Alyssa has been incredible in helping me deal with an episode of depression. She is supportive, knowledgeable, and caring. She guided me through a number of helpful strategies for dealing with my issues. One thing I particularly appreciated is that she doesn't expect everyone to follow the exact same path. I felt understood as an individual and I felt encouraged by each little improvement. I highly recommend Alyssa as a counselor.

Very helpful! I always feel heard and respected when talking which is super important to me. She is able to relate to some of my concerns which feels like extra support to know that other people have been through what I sometimes struggle with and know that it’s possible to make it through
