These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Amanda Francis . We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
She is great I really trust her!
My first session and I really enjoyed talking to Amanda! Looking forward to a helpful relationship. Very nice !
I’ve been speaking with Amanda since the beginning of the month and I feel that she is genuine and compassionate. She is very easy to speak to and you can tell that she cares. I recommend anyone who is having challenges to reach out to her.
Amanda was a blessing during a really tough time in my life. She was a great listener and provided me with insights I couldn’t see. I would highly recommend her!!!
Amanda is attentive, listens well, and knows my concerns. She sees improvements in me but also understands I have setbacks and struggles at time to break through. She doesn't lose patience, she helps me understand what I'm feeling at a given time and tries to find the why. We've been exploring different reasons why I might be feeling the way I do and hope to move forward. Amanda is a great counselor and I look forward to our next sessions to continue this work.
So I have one session on the books with Amanda today. I already feel that she is trustworthy and confident in her skills as a therapist. Without really even knowing too much about me, I was explaining some issues I am having in my current life situation and she seems to just know what direct and simple questions to ask me to get me thinking in the right direction. I see this being a very good therapeutic relationship moving forward.
Amanda Francis provides a keen interest and curiosity for my problems. She listens attentively and is a quality therapist.
Amanda is great. Very understanding and caring. Asks the right wuestions to help you work through your issues. I write in my journal and share it with her and she often will comment, especially if its serious. She’ll take that information from your journal and review it then discuss it with you in the next session. I feel like she is very helpful!
I am thankful for Amanda! She helped me get through some issues back when I used betterhelp's trial run. I came back and am really looking forward to our sessions!
I have enjoyed the sessions provided and I feel that Amanda has helped me with taking steps towards working on my concerns. She's fast with her responses if you need to chat with her outside of regular times.
She is great to talk with. Trustworthy
Dr. Francis has been so so so helpful for me. A large part of my challenges were with the everyday things in my life, and she really helped me get back on solid footing after a difficult semester.
Amanda has been excellent therapist. She actively listens to me and offers support and guidance that is very helpful.
Amanda is the best!
Amanda has been very responsive and kind. I can tell she wants to get to know her clients right off the bat and get to work on whatever it is that brought whomever to BetterHelp right away.
Amanda is a kind person. She’s a great listener and very understanding. My concern with therapy was being judged, but she reassured me that I was in a safe space. Midway, I wasn’t sure whether I wanted to continue, so I didn’t set my usual weekly appointment. She actually noticed and took the time to check up on me. We discussed an issue I was having and she was very receptive to my needs. Also, I’m impressed by her memory. She remembers what I’ve said in my past sessions, which tells me that she takes notes and cares about her clients. I would recommend working with Amanda.
Amazing, always checking on me.Very easy to talk to.
She was very easy to talk to.
Very helpful and convenient way to get therapy without having to physically go somewhere. Great for people with busy schedules.
Amanda listens, asks the hard questions, and gives me time to think and process my emotions. She's been a great source of help and support.
Amanda is a great person. She made me feel comfortable to share right away with her and is not invasive with questions and the homework given is good.
Amanda has been extremely helpful in each of our sessions. She is a great listener and offers excellent advice when I need it. She's always very flexible and allows me to focus on what I would like to focus on and offers a different viewpoint/perspective when you need it to help see problems in a new light. I highly recommend Amanda.
I am on my second session with Amanda and she has been excellent so far. She is good at making notes, and listening to you as well as asking the right questions.
She can pinpoint the cause of a situation without sounding as if it is a forced delivery of what she might believe the cause to be.
While I was a bit apprehensive when it came to taking these therapy sessions, I now look forward to them greatly.
Thank you Amanda and thank you Better Help for making therapy and counseling inspiring and results driven!
I am impressed with Amanda's ability to get to the center of an issue quickly and to find correlating problems or potential causes that I hadn't considered. I also greatly appreciate the flexibility of scheduling as this was a major concern of mine and the major obstacle preventing me from obtaining therapy in the past. For example, our last session was over the phone on Saturday at 11 am while I was driving from CT to VA. I finally feel like I can get the help that I need with the schedule I have.
Amanda has been extremely helpful, understanding, approachable and non-judgemental. I look forward to my future sessions with her and highly recommend her!
Amanda has totally accepted how I am and my way of thinking. I thought I would be judged since so many people have in the past. But Amanda assured me that would never happen. That alone made me very comfortable with her. We are still in our early sessions, but I like where it's going.
She is kind, smart and asks the correct questions. I’m very happy with my talks with her.
Amanda is a breath of fresh air! She has helped me with so many challenges and in a way that feels supportive and kind and never judgemental. I’d recommend her to anyone.
