About me

My goal is to help clients achieve their goals and live their best life possible. I enjoy helping others get to the root of the problem in order to not only solve it but also prevent it from becoming a pattern. I believe this is essential in moving forward. I have experience helping clients reduce anxiety and depression. I have also worked with the LGBTQ community, trauma/abuse survivors, and those dealing with grief. I have my Master's Degree in Community Counseling and have been in practice over 8 years. I use a variety of approaches including CBT and Client Centered. I will work with you to find what approaches work best for you and your individual situation. My counseling style is caring, kind, and goal-oriented.
