About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families supporting a variety of behavioral health needs including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, and life transitions. I have worked in various therapeutic settings including outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient programs, group therapy, and within the hospital setting. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities while using a collaborative client-centered approach to discover what best aligns with clients’ goals. I am committed to a therapeutic approach that builds on the values and strengths of the individual as they work to achieve meaningful change.
