About me

I am a licensed professional counselor in Montana and Wyoming with 11 years of experience working with people from all waves of life and personal dynamics. My approach in this important work we will do together is rooted in the values of authenticity and personal empowerment using the science of mind-body connection and supportive emotional regulation. My way of being in our work together is compassionate, open-minded and holistic.

I am committed to helping through expert training in mind-body healing strategies such as CBT and Mindfulness, DBT, SE, EMDR, IFS and/or different variations of art/ narrative therapies depending on which one feels right in our work together.

I am committed to helping you with concerns brought forward and goals set in treatment planning. We will work toward meeting your goals in a collaborative and compassionate way.

Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I am so honored to start working with you.

Please note: I generally check messages here once per day Monday-Thursday and respond as quickly as I can. I do appreciate your patience when it takes a bit longer at times, as I may be tending to other clients or professional/personal responsibilities.

I look forward to meeting you soon. Be well.
