About me

Hi. Sometimes asking for help is the bravest move you can make. You don't have to go it alone. My name is Mandy. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio. I have over 20 years experience in the helping professions. My experience includes counseling adults, teens, and children as well as couples and families. I have experience in both individual and group counseling. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationship issues, developmental disabilities, parenting issues, anger management and I feel like I have seen just about every issue there is either personally or though clients.

I would describe myself as an eclectic clinician who tailors my approach to each individual on a case by case basis utilizing various therapeutic perspectives. I like to meet each person where they are and help each individual identify their strengths and gain insight into their issues, thoughts and behaviors. I enjoy helping people discover simple techniques to improve their lives. I like to incorporate meditation and mindfulness as well as other holistic approaches. I am a very supportive, non-judgmental clinician who is skilled at building rapport and sustaining therapeutic relationships with individuals.
