As a licensed therapist in North Carolina, I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life's complex challenges. My practice centers on creating a compassionate, affirming space where clients can explore personal growth, healing, and self-discovery.
I specialize in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. My approach is deeply empathetic and tailored to each individual's unique experiences, with a particular focus on supporting young adults, women, and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating personal and emotional challenges.
My therapeutic work emphasizes self-love, effective communication, and helping clients develop meaningful strategies for managing stress, overcoming social anxiety, and finding their life purpose. Drawing from evidence-based practices, including Somatic-EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT and Mindfulness I create a supportive environment that honors each client's individual identity, experiences, and strengths.
