About me

I firmly believe in holistic wellness and cater my practice towards helping my clients to achieve their goals. Therapy is only effective when it meets your needs and caters towards you as the individual that you are. When we combine our strengths, we can create a well-balanced therapeutic relationship.
I specialize in the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Model. My focus is to teach mindfulness skills, interpersonal skills, distress tolerance skills and emotional regulation skills. I also incorporate art therapy and narrative therapy modalities. I can meet for therapy sessions either in person, in the community or via telehealth video conferencing.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland. I provide individual, couples, family and group therapy for adolescents and adults. My experience includes working with adolescents and adults diagnosed with ADHD, DMDD, ODD, Bipolar Disorder, BPD, Depression, PTSD and Anxiety.
