About Me

As we are emerging from lockdown, many people feel tremendous anxiety and fears. Therefore, I am offering online therapy, and telephone therapy to support clients with various issues including depression, anxiety, loneliness, addictions, bereavement, loss (family fractures), and more.
The development of healing after finding yourself trapped in a loop of anxiety and depression requires patience and time. All of us will be touched in our own exclusive way. You may be feeling alone, afraid, or perhaps hopeless. Now that you are exploring counselling, proves to me that you are ready to embark on this journey of wellness. This will require time and patience but, believe me, we will get there together. Whether you are struggling with ongoing anxiety or depression, an experience with loss, or a life transition we can work together to begin your new existence.
I work as an Integrative Counsellor which means that I work with various different strands of counselling. I am also a qualified CBT counsellor and again I can integrate this into our session.
Most importantly, I will listen to and hear every word that you have to say. I will never judge you and can assure you that you will be in a safe space with me. This will be an entirely confidential space where you can talk about anything with me.
I will provide you with the tools to support your journey and will treat you with unconditional, positive regard.
My aim will be to teach you eventually, how to become your own counsellor.
Our first session will be warm and welcoming and we can sit down and discuss the issues that are bringing you to therapy. It is so important to feel comfortable with your therapist and this session will be our starting point.
I will be beside you every step of the way on your journey, you'll never feel alone.
