About Me

I am a trauma informed therapist who has over 8 years of experience working with individuals, families, and youth. In my years of working with trauma I have gained training in CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, Psychological First Aid, and TBRI training. These trainings have allowed me to support many who have experienced traumatic experiences in life ranging from domestic violence, sexual traumas, divorces, and other life altering challenges. I am also experienced in, but not limited to working with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, and Depression symptoms. As your therapist I will listen to your specific needs to create a treatment plan that will work for you.

Amanda is an amazing therapist! She is very kind, opened and understanding. I feel really comfortable talking with her, and she has helped me make a lot of progress. She gives me tools and techniques that are easy to use when dealing with stress and anxiety, and explains things clearly.
