I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and behavioral health provider. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief/ bereavement, and stress management. I hold a second bachelor's degree in health and wellness so I enjoy working with clients who are seeking a healthier lifestyle.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I strive to create a collaborative and secure environment to provide clients the time and space they are seeking. My therapeutic approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused, but I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
