About Me

You’re trying your best, but life didn’t used to be this hard. Things aren’t going right. You notice it’s harder to be happy, to feel connected, or even to get out of bed in the morning. It feels like you’re you aren’t good enough. You’re tired of pretending to be okay. On the inside you feel so sad, worried, and angry. You’ve pushed things down and ignored it, but you wonder how much longer you can do that. You’re used to fixing your problems on your own, but this time you can’t figure it out. You’re stuck. You want help.

You’re not alone. Together we can figure this out. We’ll look at those things keeping you stuck, to get you back to living the life you want. The sadness, grief, worry, disappointment, loneliness, shame, and anger, we can move through it. We’ll practice bravery and compassion. To help you discover your authentic, whole self.

My hope is that clients feel safe, accepted, and understood when they meet with me. To feel fully heard and known. We’ll work together to find the best tools for you to get unstuck. This may include education and skill building, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, communication skills, and mindfulness. Let’s learn new ways to feel, be courageous, and embrace our whole self.
