Amanda has been consistently supportive, contacts me regularly, and responds in a prompt manner even though I rarely respond consistently. She's helped provide me with an outlet to talk about my worries without feeling like a burden, and has taught me how to help myself in tough situations.

Amanda asks a lot of probing questions that leave me making deep inquiries about myself while also offering great empathy. She has great communication and understands the virtual platform well.

Amanda is a very special therapist. She is gifted at listening and understanding what is really going on in my life. To be able to intuit the essence of my problem along with me and help me craft ways through them - Amanda’s expert guidance has helped me so much. I’ve been a client of Amanda’s for over 2 years, and she is one of the best therapists I’ve had. She responds to my emails thoughtfully and quickly, which means a lot and shows me I am a priority to her. I’m not someone who likes “email therapy” but I’ve learned that the practice of emailing/writing down my concerns and problems and questions is itself therapeutic. Amanda has taught me lessons and shown me how to break bad patterns in my life and I am forever grateful. Thank you Amanda!!!!!

Amanda Wiginton is compassionate and understanding. She works with you at your pace and creates a conversational environment. It is like writing to a friend. Working with Amanda over the last couple of months has been very helpful.

I love that she doesn't give off the vibe of judgement but has suggestions and helps me re-think EVERY negative thought or emotion. She goes through the obstacles I'm facing with me. Where I think I'm super complicated she gets me and understands me.
