Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist who brings warmth and creativity to my therapeutic practice. As a Brainspotting practitioner, I offer clients this powerful technique to access, process, and release trauma stored in both the brain and body. I believe in the profound connection between physical movement and emotional wellbeing. By integrating Brainspotting with movement-based approaches I strive to help clients discover their own path to healing while feeling heard, valued, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
