About me

Hello! It takes courage to take the first steps towards change and I welcome you! I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

My name is Amber Burnett, but most clients call me Dr. B. I am a licensed psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I have 18 years of experience working with people from all backgrounds. In the past, I have worked in the school system, private practice and with local agencies to help youth and adolescents, individuals and families. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, but a few examples are trauma/abuse, ADHD, anxiety/depression, Autism, relationship issues, grief/loss, motivation & self esteem, parenting concerns and managing life changes.

I believe that you are the expert of your story. Using evidence-based techniques, I will help you find ways to utilize your strengths to overcome struggles and move you from your current situation to where you want to be.

Whether you are seeking change for a healthier happier life, or just need a non judgmental ear to listen, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
