About me

Amber Delane is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at Lamar University, and her Master of Social Work at the University of Texas at Arlington. Throughout her career in social work, Amber has gained valuable experience helping adolescents and adults work through a wide range of concerns including: depression, anger/aggression, trauma, self esteem, school/work stress, and communication.

Amber's therapeutic style displays a developed sense of empathy toward her client's needs. She provides a warm, interactive, respectable, and non-judgmental space to ensure that the client feels comfortable to express themselves freely. Her primary focus is meeting the client's needs, identifying healthier skills to manage with your life concerns, and empower the clients by identifying their strengths. Amber has experience utilizing different treatment modalities including: cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy; however, she would ensure that the treatment approach is tailored to the client's presenting concerns.

Amber understands that it takes a lot of courage to be able communicate your vulnerability. She will ensure that you are encouraged and empowered every step of the way. This journey will not be easy; however, Amber will be there for you each step of the way.
