About me
I have over 10 years of experience as a licensed professional in the state of Ohio. I have had the opportunity to work in numerous different roles in a hospital setting as well as with agencies in the community.
I have not only had experience working as a first responder but also along side first responders as well as a varies medical professionals in different capacities. I understand the issues they face and how compassion fatigue is something that can disrupt your life in and outside of the work setting.
I have experience assisting individual working through life changes as well as coping with stress and anxiety. Many people can often feel alone and isolated when dealing with these types of issues. I am here to support and empower you as you face stressors and obstacles in life. I hope to create a safe environment for you to process and grow. We all have strengths and self worth, sometimes we just need help identifying these things within ourself.
