I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship/attachment issues, family issues, parenting problems, emotional instability, and ADHD. Most of my work has been with those who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is accepting, support-oriented, interactive and collaborative. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, attachment-focused, and solution-focused counseling. I will tailor treatment planning and all sessions to meet your needs.
