I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with 8 years of professional experience. I am trained in helping clients with trauma, addiction, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, abuse, neglect, and matters pertaining to foster care and adoption, utilizing several therapeutic techniques including but not limited to Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, CBT, and DBT.
I strive to provide a safe non-judgemental space where individuals, couples, and groups can explore and process difficult thoughts, feelings, and emotions in order to identify healthy and effective strategies for managing and balancing life's challenges, good and bad.
