"Falling down is a part of life, getting back up is living." - anonymous
We all fall down from time to time. It takes courage to seek help and support during those times when we have difficulty getting back up. I commend you for taking the first step.

Amy truly has a gift of counseling! She is extremely empathetic and understanding, and yet has a way of getting straight to the heart of things. She is so insightful and understands my issues right away, and clarifies and reframes them in a way that allows me to move forward. She is no-nonsense and gives practical, real life advice that I can implement right away. Her counseling has truly helped me with so many challenging relationships, and I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you Amy!
She is very positive and supportive. I am very grateful for a lot of her in sight.
She was wonderful and insanely helpful and understanding.
Amy has been very attentive and good so far.
Amy was there for me when I really needed someone. She has given me great suggestions to help me with my anxiety. I was so lucky to find her when I did. Thank you Amy!
I have been to many different therapists, both online and in-person and Amy is the best I've ever had. I feel her genuine care for me in every post she sends. I recommend BetterHelp to my friends because of the amazing support I've received from Amy.
I have only had one call and a few conversations via email and messenger with Amy. During this time she has been very helpful, responsive and a great listener. I look forward to continuing therapy with her.
Amy is great! She is a good listener and gives sound advice. BetterHelp is perfect for someone who is busy and can't fit in time to go to counseling. I have been recommending BetterHelp to everyone. Thank you for making it easy :)
She is wonderful!
Amy is a thoughtful, skilled, and is a responsive counselor. The BetterHelp format is cathartic. The writing narrative and skilled counselor response enables you to move forward in your development through the interactive platform. Merci
Amy has been great. I've appreciated her insight and she is very prompt with her responses.
Feels like having an honest conversation with someone who cares. Every message seems to give me a better understanding of myself. Amy has helped me accept my past, and I trust her advice as I figure out my future.
Best therapist I've ever had
Amy has been really supportive and I always look forward to her replies. She helps me see clarity and viewpoints that no one else in my current situation sees and is compassionate. I feel like I can talk with her without judgement and that she understands and gives great advice.
Amy is truly amazing; she is very knowledge and knows how to empathize. Highly recommend!
Amy is amazing. I've never had a counselor before, so I was a little scared to divulge intimate details about myself. I feel safe with, and understood by her. She's gentle with her responses, which makes telling her my life very easy. I highly recommend her! :)
Amy has been extremely supportive and helpful. Her responses are efficient and supportive. She has a great understanding of my situation and I can tell she totally gets my circumstances. I am happy to have been paired with her.
I really enjoy working with Amy because she is non-judgmental and gentle in how she provides guidance. It feels like she is really listening, and she has thoughtful comments on how to get through the tough times. I also like that she doesn't always have to be right; if I disagree with her, she's open to talking about it and figuring out what works best for me.
She is really understanding and kind. I am still at the beginning but I am hopeful that it will work out.
Amy is a great listener and she really makes me feel heard. But she also challenges me to see things from my partner's point of view; really helps me better understand things from different views. It's so nice to have someone to confide in with no judgement!
Amy actually listens to what you write and pays careful attention!
Although I have only worked with Amy for a week, she has proven to be compassionate, gentle, and nonjudgmental in her approach. It's clear that she puts great thought and care into her responses. Whenever I become particularly negative, she is able to redirect my flow of thoughts into more positive and self-affirming territory. I appreciate that she asks probing questions to try to get at the heart of my issues, and I also appreciate that she provides some type of homework, whether that be adopting relaxation techniques or writing down a list of things that provide me with pleasure. She also remembers what she's asked me to do in prior sessions and holds me accountable. Other therapists I have seen in the past would sometimes forget what we discussed, which didn't give me much confidence in their leadership. Although I recognize that the patient is largely responsible for directing the conversation, every captain must also have a helmsman! I would recommend Amy to anyone in need of emotional support through life's tribulations, whether they be minor hiccups or deep psychological wounds from childhood. Online therapy may not provide a face to look at, but make no mistake--in the right hands, this works!
Amy has been a wonderful counselor to work with. This is my first time ever seeking counseling and it has been a very pleasant and helpful experience so far. I would absolutely recommend Amy to anyone that could use an honest, sincere and insightful person to chat with.
Amy Benedict is like my bff, confidant, councilor, mentor, and all wrapped in on profession. She really gets into perspective and is very caring and just knows what to say. I'm dealing with a lot of my inner demons, so when I go on the site and I feel I can deal with them properly. Instead of ignoring or running away from my problems. She's one of the best of the best. Makes me relieve there are good people.
Very patient and responsive to my needs. I appreciate her asking for more information regarding my situation. It shows me she is trying to understand my situation more.
