I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of South Carolina and have been working in the counseling field since 2012. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of different settings and with different populations. I specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, and managing difficult life transitions including pregnancy, motherhood, grief, and divorce. I provide therapy that is aimed at reducing stress, increasing self-confidence, and promoting positive change.
As a therapist, I am supportive and energetic, believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship, and use an eclectic approach based on individual need. I have experience working with different modalities including CBT, ACT, and mindfulness (relaxation training). I have also completed training in EMDR; an effective therapy approach for recovery from trauma and psychological distress.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Amy Campbell. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Amy is so kind and nonjudgemental. I feel like I can really be open with her and tell her anything.
Amy is very patient and is great at offering materials and discussion questions that allow me to explore at my own pace
I have had a few sessions with Amy and I think she has been very helpful so far. This is my first time in therapy and she has made this experience very comfortable for me. I'm excited to continue working with her.
