I have spent several weeks talking with Amy over the phone, and sometimes I feel like she knows me better than I do. My family has been dealing with issues for almost 20 years and she is helping me work through all of it. The questions she asks and different paths in the conversations we take are so spot on, and always lead to the root cause of the issues and we accomplish so much in the time we spend on the phone. While it has been an incredibly difficult process, it's something my family needs to do and I could not have done it without Amy.
