About me

Hello,

My name is Amy Ebersole and I"m a licensed, clinical social worker in Washington State. If you’re reading this, you are courageously contemplating changes in your life. Perhaps you’re looking for relief from anxiety, trauma or depression. Or maybe you’re experiencing grief and loss, conflict in your relationships, troubles with work, or just a gnawing feeling that you’re missing out on something in your life. I congratulate you on considering therapy. It’s not easy to be vulnerable with someone you don’t know. Yet the power of being witnessed in a safe space can be transformative.

As your therapist, it is my deep honor to walk alongside you as you undertake your own powerful journey of transformation. By providing a warm and safe environment for you to explore your emotions, clarify your thoughts and desires, and regulate your nervous system I will help you manifest tangible changes in your life. I use a variety of mind/body and evidence-based approaches, tailored to you and your needs such as EMDR, mindfulness, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and narrative therapy. Together we will seek to recover from past traumas that continue to impact your life and hijack your nervous system, anxiety that is holding you back from living your best life, or depression that is preventing you from experiencing joy, fulfillment and connection. Together, we will create and allow space for you to fully inhabit your own element, the place that you truly belong.

I look forward to working with you.

Amy fosters a warm dialogue exploring intuition and individuation. She has helped me focus on wholeness. It feels great to have someone so knowledgeable to talk to as I explore who I am inwardly and in the world.
