Hello! It’s good for meet you! A little about me, I am licensed in Idaho, and I have worked in the medical and mental health field for most of my working life. I have 7 years of professional work experience in the mental health field and about 20 years in medical and mental health combined. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship as well as socialization issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, weight loss, and self-confidence as well as many other areas. I work with clients of all ages, faith-based or non-religious backgrounds, and I welcome individuals from all races, cultures, or economic backgrounds. I seek to support you and to respectfully create an open and safe environment where thoughts, feelings, sense of self, and your present situation can be explored and shared without fear of judgment. It takes a lot of courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life, to dare for a different future, and to take the first steps towards a change.
