About me

Do you feel like an angry mom? Do you feel like you’re going to snap if one more person asks you to do one more thing? Do you catch yourself snapping at your kids? Do you feel like you’ve become everyone’s servant?

All of these triggers have worn you out. You feel tired, emotional, turbulent- and you don’t know why. You're struggling. You want a more peaceful relationship with your kids and your partner. Or, you want to find a partner who will add peace- not strife, to your family. You want to have fun again. You want to feel energetic- not have to take a nap at 2:30 every afternoon. And you want to feel better in your body.

Imagine waking up, having a morning routine, and feeling hopeful about the day. Imagine feeling a higher purpose- feeling peaceful in your relationships and not anxious about them. Imagine feeling truly connected to your kids- being 100% present with them and feeling joyful about their growth. This is all attainable.

The work lies in looking at your childhood. Seeing the parts that created beliefs you are now operating from today. They’re called limiting beliefs- beliefs we created about ourselves early on that don’t serve us now. I use an integrative approach in healing- mind, body, and spirit. The modalities I use are inner child healing, guided meditation and more.

Ultimately, you are responsible for your own healing- that's why I don't call myself a healer- but I am here to walk with you through this time in your life. I would be honored for you to work with me.

Amy has been a big help in my life. She helps me to see things from a different prospective, and helps me to understand the way I feel, and how it could be perceived differently by others. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a good Christian counselor.
