Hi! My name is Amy Moss. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Therapist with over 20 years in the field of Social Work and over three years as a Mental Health Counselor. I specialize as a Geriatric Mental Health Specialist. I also have experience working with domestic violence, self-esteem, problem-solving, depression, anxiety, bi-polar, schizophrenia and other issues. I have worked extensively with individuals with severe trauma and abuse histories.
I believe in working with you to become the best person you can become. I have a warm, non-judgmental approach. I primarily work using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches and will help you to create a plan to meet your goals and guide you along the way.
