About me

I am licensed in Minnesota with 18 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & parenting issues. My favorite thing to do in this world is to show up for people, and do my best to hear not only what they say, but what they don't say. In my view, this is how we, as a team, get to the root of problems and tackle them from the ground up.

Throughout my career, I have worked in settings that required me to be able to work with every client that came my way. I have not have the "luxury" of specializing, or picking and choosing. I believe this benefits me, and you, as it gives me a wide knowledge base.

In my personal and professional life I am a body positive, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC advocate. I am also a liberal Christian who grew up in a very conservative Christian home. Reconciling my disparate belief systems has been a challenge that I am glad to say I feel comfortable with. I have grown as a person, and strive to embrace every person for who they are, wherever they are at in their journey.

I look forward to working with you, whoever you may be!

I am available for video and phone sessions Monday through Friday after 5:30 PM and on the weekends. Monday through Friday midday appointments (between 11 and 1) are available over the phone only at this time.
