About Me

Hi there!

Congratulations on taking action for your self-care. I've always known that I wanted to work with people to help navigate the challenges of Life, and have been successfully doing so for over 3 decades with literally thousands of Clients. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for nearly 30 years. I enjoy helping others learn to help themselves; there's nothing more empowering. I believe everyone has the right to be treated with dignity, respect and acceptance, and interact with others accordingly.

I highly value creating a therapeutic alliance with my Clients to create an effective plan of action and would welcome the opportunity to do so with you.

Amy

Helps me get to the true root of my problems, taking things a few steps deeper than previous therapy work. I'm confident in her ability to guide me through the process of understanding certain behaviors, re-aligning the parts of me that do not serve me in their current roles, and learning to navigate extreme life stressors. I'm also confident the results will be long-lasting.
