Amy has been very professional at each of our sessions. She listens to me and clearly communicates her responses. She provided me with worksheets to help me work through some communication skills. I have enjoyed meeting each week and look forward to future visits.

Amy is a really easy-going and nice therapist, she knows how to make you feel at ease and when it's time to lead the session vs time to listen to you.

You can feel she has quite a lot of experience since she knows which questions to ask and can quickly understand what kind of person you are.

Unfortunately it's not the easiest to book a session with her, but she's always very responsive even with messages!
