I have been in practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist for nearly a decade. My experience has encompassed working with individuals as well as couples and families. A great deal of my work experience has focused on addressing the areas of anxiety, trauma, stress, depression and relationships.
I primarily practice from a Cognitive-Behavioral approach, though I often incorporate facets of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness techniques. I work from a culturally sensitive, compassionate lens that is respective to and accepting of each client's individual lifestyle. I make every effort to ensure my clients have a safe space where they feel heard, respected, and understood.
