At Anchor Counseling, we are committed to providing care during the most strenuous of times. We are experiencing one of the most complicated, confusing and concerning times of our lives. "Social Distancing" is most effective to prevent the spread of infection, but adds the increased risk of depression, anxiety and isolation which can be overwhelming. Even the stress of spending more time with immediate family can add to an already difficult situation. Please continue to make your mental health and self care a priority during this time. Think your reason for needing therapy isn't good enough? Every reason is good enough. I choose to work in this field because people need help. I believe that everyone needs someone to talk things through and a chance to develop alternative coping skills that are appropriate and healthy. Reach out today for help. Counseling can be done remotely or in person. Contact for questions.
