About me

At Anchor Counseling, we are committed to providing care during the most strenuous of times. We are experiencing one of the most complicated, confusing and concerning times of our lives. "Social Distancing" is most effective to prevent the spread of infection, but adds the increased risk of depression, anxiety and isolation which can be overwhelming. Even the stress of spending more time with immediate family can add to an already difficult situation. Please continue to make your mental health and self care a priority during this time. I hold Bachelors and Masters degrees in Social Work from Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, KY. I have worked in Social work for 6 years in a variety of settings. I have a passion for working with individuals who struggle to cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, or addiction.

I utilize a variety of approaches and techniques including trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, I believe counseling can change or better your life. My primary focus is understanding what is going on in your life in order to assist you in your goal.
