My name is Anecia Brooks Lee and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPCS), in the state of North Carolina. I received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University and my Bachelors in Sociology with a Concentration in Criminal Justice from UNC-Pembroke. I have continued my education at North Central University with the hopes of one day obtaining my PhD.
For as long as I can remember, I have always loved people and been very passionate about helping and supporting them in life. Since becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor many years ago, my desire has been to walk alongside of my clients to help them get to the place of hope and healing. Challenging, helping and supporting clients reach their goals is what I was purposed and called to do. Regardless of where you are at or what you're dealing with, there is always a way to overcome the obstacles life puts in your way. If you are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, marital distress or any other life impacting situation, I can help. I am extensively trained and specialize in marriage and family therapy, trauma and abuse as well as anxiety and depression.
I am committed to equipping and supporting my clients with the tools necessary to reclaim their individual voice, let go of past hurts, and make meaningful changes to walk in hope and healing.
Each client's goals are unique and deserve a therapeutic approach tailored specifically to their strengths and needs. I work with clients on a flexible schedule and can provide therapy in the evening and weekend hours to ensure my clients have access to therapy without disrupting their work and social life.
I'd love the opportunity to work with you.

Anecia Lee helped me a lot in my time with her. She listened, and responded well to my concerns, as well as provided resources and exercises for me to try to help with my healing. I appreciated her non-judgmental demeanor, and her genuine care about me.
