I am a psychotherapist licensed in New Hampshire with over 8 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, EMDR, DBT, and rational-emotive therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
I am a person-centered therapist and believe that everyone has the power within themselves to heal. There are no wrong ways in which to heal. Together, we will determine what works best for you. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Angela is one of the most validating therapists that I have met with on BetterHelp. She not only makes me feel heard, but she also challenges me to think a little deeper about my problems. She has worked with all sorts of people with a wide range of mental illnesses and concerns, and she uses that experience in each of our sessions while also keeping an open mind. 10/10 recommend her.

She's the first therapist that I thought I connected with in a long time. She provides a variety of tools and strategies to help me re-evaluate my negative thoughts, she questions and guides in a way that helps me get out of my own toxic thinking, and she shows a genuine concern that I haven't seen from a therapist before.

Angela is calming, caring, and a great listener. She knows when to ask questions, when to challenge unhealthy thinking, and when to share wise words. She has given me invaluable advice and reframed my thinking.
