I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Mississippi with over 20 years of experience in both community and educational settings. I have worked with clients with concerns including depression, stress, anxiety, family/relational conflict, parenting, goal setting, ADHD, ADD, trauma and emotional abuse. I also have extensive experience in behavior modification/ management.
My counseling style is client-centered. I believe in treating others with respect and dignity. I am compassionate and nonjudgemental. My approach to counseling is also guided by cognitive-behavior, psychodynamic, and humanistic theories. Our therapeutic relationship will be tailored by a treatment plan that meets your individualized and specific needs.
