About me

Hello and thank you for coming by. My name is Angelica and I have been in the behavioral health field since 2014. I am a licensed psychotherapist in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois. I've practiced in Wisconsin, Illinois and Colorado throughout the years. I have a bachelor's degree in Sociology with an Emphasis in Social Justice and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, specializing in Alcohol and Other Drug Addiction (AODA) . I provide therapy for individuals who struggle with depression, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, addiction (substance and process) anxiety, depression and many life adjustments.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in Person Centered approaches, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Focused Therapy and more in order to help the client become their best self.

I like to make my clients feel as comfortable as possible because therapy can be a very scary thing. I am very client-focused and drive to make my clients succeed and manage their lives in a more healthy and productive manner. Take charge of your life with therapy as the first step. Fear can hold you back but we can move through that together.
