My name is Angelique Ellingboe and I have been working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for over 30 years in the state of California. I draw upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client Centered Therapy, Solutions Based Therapy, Mindfulness and Somatic Therapy. She is the most kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, caring, empowering, and supportive! She focuses on providing strategies and tools for moving forward. Very practical! We do not dive deep into family issues as a child but instead find strategies to let go and move forward.
