About Me

Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and I have been working in the mental health field for over 7 years. I have experience in working with family/relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, life transitions and grief and loss. My commitment to better mental and emotional health stems from witnessing my loved ones who struggled with mental illnesses. It can be overwhelming and challenging to get help when there is so much stigma surrounding mental health. I know from my own personal experience how much more enjoyable life can be after taking steps to make your mental health a priority.

I would describe my style as safe, warm, and supportive. The types of psychological modalities I use are Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psycho-dynamic Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. Nonetheless, collaboration in identifying the therapeutic approach and goals tailored to your needs and experiences are essential.

Please do not hesitant to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns. I look forward to working with you.

-Anh (Ann)

Warm, respectful, poignant. Anh is a fantastic listener and suspiciously good at pointing out core issues if needed. I only got to do 3 sessions with her but the things she helped me work on will genuinely have a lifetime of value. Thanks Anh :)

Anh has done an incredible job responding to my needs and brining in materials as it makes sense. I really appreciate that I can leave her a message in the moment of the feeling and she will respond with words and resources when she can. It lifts the stress off me sharing and has made it much easier for me to be honest with myself and my experiences.
