I am licensed in both Illinois and Colorado with 11 years of professional work experience. I am an older adult, therefore I often draw upon my life experience to inform my clinical practice. I utilize evidence based practices to help clients with life transitions, stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, and the challenges of caregiving, I believe every person is the expert in their own experience and support them to become the architect in their own life.
