Ann has been an incredible resource and advocate for me. She encourages me when I’m doing well and supports me when I’m struggling. My life has dramatically improved since I started speaking with her and I am truly grateful for it!

I feel so lucky to have found a therapist as understanding, thoughtful, and informative as Ann. She allows me to lead our conversations and be open about my thoughts while still guiding me towards a new or better understanding of a situation. She shares personal anecdotes from time to time that make me feel less isolated in my experiences and help me to make connections beyond my own perception, which in turn helps me examine my thoughts and emotions more thoroughly.

I have been working with Ann for a few weeks now. She has been very helpful, has assisted in guiding me towards my mental health goals and helping with some of my problems, and has been clear and concise with her communication. She structures things in a way that makes sense to me, and always seems to be there when I need her. So far I would absolutely recommend Ann to anyone needing help with anxiety/depression/relationship issues.
