Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT94333) in the state of California. I have both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside as well as a Master's degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University.
My goal will always be for you to feel safe and understood during our work together. If you are looking for someone to listen and acknowledge you, accept you without negatively judging you, but still be real and genuine with you, then you have found the right therapist with me.
I am a warm, compassionate, gentle, and honest therapist. I truly believe we are all doing the best we can at any given moment of our lives. I want to help you through whatever journey you are embarking on right now, whether it’s finding solutions, repairing your relationships, becoming more empowered, increasing your confidence, or finding peace and healing for your heart and mind. The primary orientations that I use are Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral, Gestalt, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies, but I pull from others as needed to fit your needs.
I have over seven years of experience providing mental health services and therapy to individuals, couples, family members and groups. I have worked with a diverse group of adults who come from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds, gender identities, professions, faith traditions and beliefs, etc. I am open to working with people from all walks of life.
I have helped people with overcoming depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, burnout, trauma, grief, adjustment to change, and so many other life struggles. I also enjoy working with those who want practical ways and strategies to improve their mood, stabilize their emotions, and to feel more in control of their behaviors and responses to others.
Helping clients is not just another job for me—it’s a passion. I hope you give me the chance to help you find your way to living a more gratifying life.

Ann has helped me tremendously in such a short time. I had to go through several counselors before we met, and I have to say I'm glad we did. She's very caring and understanding and works at your own pace. She helps find solutions in a positive way and really cares about what you want to talk about. She guides conversations well and you don't ever feel like you're waiting to hear back. She is highly recommended.
Ann has been extremely helpful for me. She’s patient and always gets to the heart of whatever we are discussing. She offers me great tools and always follows up. I have been able to learn and move forward and resolve or address a lot of my struggles. It’ll be a lifelong pursuit but with Ann, it’s been easier to deal with whatever life throws my way by leaps and bounds.
Ann is wonderful. She has made sure to be there for me and to accommodate any time constraints. I never once felt judges and she has been such a great help. Not sure where I would be without her. Anyone would be lucky to have her in their life.
Ann is kind, caring and encouraging. She’s helped me walk to a place of peace. She listens and teaches without being condescending. I highly recommend Ann.
Ann is caring, supportive, and overall amazing. She's helped me through a dark time in my life.
Ann is such a great counselor! I have a very busy schedule, so I don’t always respond when she writes to me, but she follows up to offer help. I appreciate the care and advice that she gives to me. I would recommend her to anyone seeking counseling services.
Ann is personable, respectful, warm and authentic. I am glad I've been paired with her and I am extremely comfortable opening up to her. I appreciate the attention she gives to what I write and the thoughtful way she makes connections for us to discuss!
