Ann Tardiff, LMSW
About me
Hello! My name is Ann, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 4 years experience. I have worked along side clients challenged by anxiety, depression, self image, relationship issues, coping strategies, and parenting issues. I have also worked with individuals that have a history of trauma.
I strive to make therapy a comfortable, approachable, and positive environment. I believe in meeting everyone with compassion and honesty. My approach to therapy is client centered. You know yourself better than anyone else and should determine the focus of therapy. My approach is strengths based and solution focused. I use theory and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. We will work together to create a treatment plan to meet your unique needs.
It takes courage to seek out therapy and I applaud you in taking the first step. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and build a happier more fulfilling life!
