About Me

Hello, my name is Anna. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arizona. I have been practicing clinical social work for 12 years and received my degree from Yeshiva University. I have worked with people with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma related issues and substance use disorders.

The treatment modalities I tend to utilize most often are Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) both of which are hands-on practical approaches to problem solving. CBT treatment usually involves efforts to change thinking patterns and/or behaviors. The goals are to change patterns of thinking or behavior related to difficult situations, and therefore change the way they feel. This helps people to identify unhelpful ways of thinking and learn better ways of coping with life's stressors. I have experience in numerous other treatment modalities as well. We will work together to make sure your treatment plan is tailored to you unique and specific needs.

Anna is kind, nice and yet firm without being pushy! She reminds you of your goals, gives you worksheets and ways to help you work on whatever it is you need at that moment. I honestly don’t know how she can make me feel like I’m her only client and that’s what I like! I’m new to this and Anna was able to make me feel so comfortable. Anna is a rockstar!

I actually really like Anna, and at first I was rather skeptical as I have strong doubts about people, but she’s an amazing person and rather relaxed.
