Anna O'Gorman, LCSW
About me
With 20 years of professional social work experience, including six years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, I provide compassionate and holistic support to clients navigating life’s challenges. My areas of focus include stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, grief, loss, and life transitions. I also specialize in helping individuals adjust to and live well with chronic conditions.
Grounded in mindfulness, self-compassion, and somatic practices, I work collaboratively with my clients to create a safe and open space where thoughts and emotions can be explored without judgment. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and balanced life takes courage, and I am here to walk with you on that journey.
