I enjoy working with adults facing depression, anxiety, stress, career challenges, mental health concerns, substance use, trauma, grief and loss. I working with a variety of individuals from all walks of life. I work with clients to create an open, accepting and safe environment to share thoughts, feelings and concerns without judgment.
